Some newspapers in Spain assure that the powerful Real Madrid has a stunning offer of € 60 million to sign up Cesc Fabregas. They consider that his talent would be the perfect complement for Xabi Alonso.

The Arsenal 23-year-old captain is the main target of president Florentino Perez, and the most difficult part could be to convince Arsenal about selling their captain and most important footballer.

The secret card would be French Striker Karim Benzema. According to some sources in Real Madrid, Arsenal coach Arsene Wenger wants this player in his squad, and that is an important opportunity to begin negotiations.

Spain beat Colombia 1-0

Finally, Spain got their first post-worldcup victory against Colombia. The match played at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium was really tough for Del Bosque's squad, but David Silva finally netted for a 1-0 win.

As we know Cesc Fabregas was sick and could not be part of this match, but the Spanish midfield was strong enough to dominate a talented Colombian squad.

This victory is a relief for millions of fans that could not see another victory of Spain after the 1-0 win over the Netherlands in the 2010 World Cup Final.
